Nike Dunks and Mountain Dew “Green Label Art” X Dez
The Mountain Dew “Green Label Art” has gained recent popularity holding a contest for famous artists around the world to create and submit their art in rendition of the Mountain Dew bottle and customized sneakers. Among the artists, some of the names that might ring a bell are jeffstaple, Mehtamphibian and Dez. The contest has come to an end and the winner chosen was Dez from Ism Apparel. For the contest, Dez created a pair of “Dew The Dew” Nike Dunks to match the Mountain Dew Bottle. The Mountain Dew “Green Label Art” event will take place at the Diverse Works Art Space in Houston Texas from 7-11pm tonight and will be hosted by rap artists Bun B and DJ Cipher

If you werent lucky enough to pickup a pair of Jordan XX3 you might want to get at custom sneaker artist Dez. A Houston native, his work has gained attention across the nation. With the popularity of the new Jordan x AF1 Fusions, the customs are a cross between the new Jordan XX3 and Air Force 1 Hi Tops.
Choosings colors that perfectly match the new Jordans he was also able to duplicate the glossy and dull effects found on the XX3. Adding accent holes on the tongue and toe box its clear that dez doesnt hold back when it comes to paying attention to detail. Adding his signature, “Dez” and his brand “Ism” on the front of the toe box, the customs are complete.
