Alife x Reebok Collection Continued
2008 has been an exciting year for streetwear brand Alife, with a new store opening and several collaborative projects things are definitely looking bright for this company. Continuing their sneaker releases and collaborative projects, Alife has teamed up with Reebok for another round of shoes to release in about a few months. There are a set of six pairs, three for men, and three for the women. The shoes for men are built on the ERS 5000 II model, and it comes in a variety of Primary Color’d soles as well as a White/Black/Grey uppers. The Womens shoes consist of another three, one in the Pro Legacy Mid, another in the Freestyle Hi, and the last in the Ventilator. The colorways for the womens are a little more muted, using textures and patterns as a way to accent the shoe instead of bright colors. The laces for the women are also something to take not of as they come splattered with paint as well. These new Alife X Reeboks will be released late this month and early next month at select Alife retailers worldwide.
Alife Everybody Mid Lux Tweed
Heres a little preview to what the people from Alife are doing. Taking a different approach to their Everybody Mid model shoe, they have used a premium tweed material to cover the shoe. You may have seen this done recently with the new Air Jordan 1 Fathers Day Pack, but this model is a little more fashion chic and the lines are definitely more complete. Releasing with the rest of Alifes Fall Collection, stay tuned to see what other goodies are in the bag.
Alife Rivington Club x Saucony
The people at Alife Rivington Club have once again collaborated with a heavy hitting sneaker brand. This time around its Saucony - popular for their running shoes, ARC has done a little remake in the classic Saucony model SMU’s. Swapping out the tongue label with the three diamond ARC logo, this shoe will come in three simple and basic colorways. Green, Blue and Red. Wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Expect to see these exclusively at RivingtonClub by the end of this month.
ALIFE “Soft Hand” Pack exclusively for Barneys NY
New York based ALIFE has made big steps towards their brand with continual successes with their apparel and sneakers. Recently we reported their collaboration with Rockwell and Patta for there Alife Everybody High Sneaker. This time around ALIFE who previously had Barneys as a stockist created a special collection exclusively for the high end retailer Barneys, who also originates from New York City. This special “Soft Hand” pack will feature three of the Alife modeled shoes - the Everybody High, Chaser and the Kennedy. Each of these shoes have a similar theme of colors but are very different than whats been seen so far by the designers from Alife. Definitely a cool looking pack, each of these shoes are available now at Barneys
Rockwell x Patta x Alife “RAP” Everybody Mid
New Yorks very own Alife has collaborated on their Everybody Mid model with friends from Rockwell and Patta. Titled the “Rap” an acronym from the three collaborators - the shoe is made in very patriotic colors. Patriotic to the USA that is for our foreign readers. Red White and Blue, the only colors seen on this new collab and its perfect for the July 4th Holiday weekend as well as supporting US athletes for this summers Olympics in Beijing. Set to be released this April 29th at Patta Amsterdam and May 3rd at Alife NYC/LA/Vancouver.
ALIFE Chaser Napa
Its hard to improve on a classic, but ALIFE does a very good job of it. Borrowing its design cues from the New Balance 574’s, the ALIFE Chaser Napa is essentially the same shoe…but with more flava. Its seemingly common now for smaller independent clothing labels to create shoes influenced by well known classic models, but if they all come out looking this nice we’re not complaining.

New Nike Air Force 1 & Nike Air Max at Alife NY
The Alife boutique in New York has stocked up on some of the recently released Nike Air Force 1’s and Nike Air Max’s for your feet’s pleasure. In contrast to the overly bright colored themes frequently seen, a handful of these new in stock shoes have an overall earth toned presence accompanied by a discreet accent color to contrast the muted colors. The new shoes include the: Air Safari and Air Max 1 Kabutomushi (Bug) Pack, Carbon Fiber Air Force 1, Stingray Air Force 1, Pittsburgh Steelers Air Force 1 and the Granite Lime WMNS Air Force 1.
