The one due up next will feature the very first Air Jordan 1 as well as the more recent Air Jordan XX2. Both shoes have used a subtle colorway which just features the colors black and white. Jordan Brand December 2008 Release
As the year comes to an end, the people at Jordan Brand are hoping for a strong finished with their winter drop. Some of the shoes released in December will feature models ranging from the Air Jordan 1 Low, Jordan PHLY and the new Force Fusion series with the Air Jordan 20’s. The shoes listed below are just a few of the colorways that will be released. We’d have to say that we’re definitely excited to see the Air Jordan 1 Lows released in the Black and Blue colorway. Air Jordan 1 Low White / Cement for 2009
Here’s a clear shot of the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Low’s for the 2009 Season. Alot of talk has been going on for the 2009 and how its going to be a weak year for Jordan Brand. But with the looks of these shoes, it cant be that bad. Sporting the classic cement print along the toe-box and heel, this look will never tire. Cleaning up the tongue with a flash of red lining, these shoes will most likely drop alongside their black colorway counterpart. No news just yet on a specific release date. Air Jordan 1 Black / White Countdown Pack Preview
With the Countdown Packs coming close to its end, we finally have a preview of the Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 22 Countdown Pack which will be released in September. Keeping it classic and simple, the Air Jordan 1 which will be the driving seller for the pack and will come in a very basic Black and White colorway. For many that were hoping for an OG colorway to drop, this may come as a big disappointment, but for the Jordan’heads who are more fashion conscious - this will serve as a clean colorway in what many will argue to be the most classic of sneakers. Lasting through the fashion trends that come and go each year.
Air Jordan 1 - Puerto Rico Team Pack
Its sad to say but for some reason, the Air Jordan 1’s don’t seem to get as much attention as they should. The recent Air Jordan 1 Quickstrikes haven’t sold as well as some may have expected. We hope that changes with this new release of the Air Jordan 1 in the Low top form made to pay tribute for Puerto Rico’s Summer Olympic Team. There has been some word going around that say this is a very limited release, with only 72 Pairs released in total. What may be even more surprising is that they’re only released in the states in two major cities, New York and Miami. Everything about these shoes have some type of reference to Puerto Rico and its just one way to show some Puerto Rican pride for the Olmypic Games this summer in Beijing.
Air Jordan 1 Mid Premium - GS - Violet / Sunburst / White
Recently Jordan Brand made a Grade School version of the Fusion 5’s in the Violet Sunburst Colorway. The Rivington Club based in NYC released some new photos of a similar Colorway also for the Grade Schoolers in this Air Jordan 1. Details on the sneaker features the Sunburst Orange/Red color around the lace and the Violet Foil color around the toebox and the heels. Also take notice of the detailed embroidery on the sides of the shoes, it looks like its making another sunburst pattern that we saw on the Jordan 5 Fusions that came out earlier this month.

Air Jordan 1 Father’s Day Pack - White Tweed
And the Air Jordan 1’s continue to heat up in the Nike Kitchen. For Fathers Day in June, Jordan Brand has cooked up 2 sets of Air Jordan 1 to commemorate the late James Jordan and all the Fathers out there keepin the house on lock. We recently previewed the Black/White Air Jordan 1 Fathers Day but we now have the other pair in the Pack. This pair uses the same pattern on the Tweed, just in a different more busines casual color. We say business casual because we think it represents the Dads out there that really do get “Suited” up. Some details to notice are the Embroidered Symbols near the heels of the shoe. The Air Jordan 1 Military we posted about used a Military Insignia. This pack features a work lunch box that reads “Pops” if you look closely. Comin out this June 7, if you can only afford one don’t be a deadbeat son…Give them to your Pops!

For those of you who like the Air Jordan 1 Retros and knows someone in the military these are a definite buy. May has been a pretty interesting month for the Air Jordan 1 with many of the releases dedicated to the immediate family of Jordan. Air Jordan 1 “Pops” Fathers Day
Jordan Brand has been recently releasing a series of Air Jordan 1 to commemorate the family members of Michael Jordan. First was the Military Pack which was made to commemorate his older brother James Ronald “Ronnie” Jordan Jr. who served the US Army for 31 Years. This time around the Air Jordan 1 will be paying tribute to MJ’s father, James Sr. James Jordan Sr was a major influence in Michaels life, exemplifying a tough work ethic which taught Michael that greatness did not come without a little bit of sweat. As a sequel to the Military Pack and with Fathers Day coming up in the following months, it makes perfect sense to have the Air Jordan 1 that is designed in a business suit tweed fabric as well has an embroidered lunch box on the heel which reads “Pops” to be released to honor Mr Jordan. These Fathers Day Air Jordans will be available at select Nike retailers on June 6th.
