Air Jordan 23 XX3 Low - Varsity Red

Posted by: Staff on May 12th 2008

If it ain’t broke, don’t make it into a low top! Its the original release that the people fall in love with, not a modified version. Like the Air Jordan 11’s its safe to say that leaving the Patent Leather Air Jordans alone in its original High Top version would’ve been fine by the majority of Jordanheads’. The same sentiment is probably felt with these new Air Jordan XX3 Low tops - although they’re not terrible, many are probably indifferent and there are probably some that wish Jordan Brand would just leave the final Signature shoe to just one single version, the High Top. For those of you that prefer the kicks in the low top, they’ll be available for you on July 12th.

HUF X Vans SK8 - Satin Pack

Posted by: Staff on May 12th 2008

San Francisco based HUF has teamed up with Vans to make a special luxurious looking SK8-HI. The material of choice, Satin. Many may not be surprised since HUF saw alot of success through their New Era Caps which were also constructed of the fashion chic material. HUF’s alternate logo on the tip of the tongue, Vans classic “Off the Wall” logo reworked on the heel. Simple, clean and sexy. A promising pack for both collaborators. Take note that these SK8-HI might be better suited as a fashion staple rather than a functional skate shoe. No news on a release date just yet, stay tuned we’ll be sure to fill you in.

Air Jordan 1 Father’s Day Pack - White Tweed

Posted by: Staff on May 12th 2008

And the Air Jordan 1’s continue to heat up in the Nike Kitchen. For Fathers Day in June, Jordan Brand has cooked up 2 sets of Air Jordan 1 to commemorate the late James Jordan and all the Fathers out there keepin the house on lock. We recently previewed the Black/White Air Jordan 1 Fathers Day but we now have the other pair in the Pack. This pair uses the same pattern on the Tweed, just in a different more busines casual color. We say business casual because we think it represents the Dads out there that really do get “Suited” up. Some details to notice are the Embroidered Symbols near the heels of the shoe. The Air Jordan 1 Military we posted about used a Military Insignia. This pack features a work lunch box that reads “Pops” if you look closely. Comin out this June 7, if you can only afford one don’t be a deadbeat son…Give them to your Pops!

Release Date: 06/07/2008
Name: Air Jordan 1

Nike Zoom Kobe III “MVP” Edition

Posted by: Staff on May 10th 2008

As Kobe Bryant battles the Utah Jazz to advance to the Western Conference Finals, Nike has remade the Zoom Kobe III to commemorate one of Kobe’s greatest achievement in the NBA - being crowned the Most Valuable Player.  Arguably the best player in the league, Kobe has waited 12 long years for this prestigious title and Nike kicked off the celebration with this Zoom Kobe III in the LA Lakers Colorway.  Using an all white base, the Laker Gold is found running across the shoe with the Laker Purple used as the big Nike Swoosh on the back.  To add further commemorative detail, the title MVP has been spelled out for everyone to see on the tip of the tongue as well as a translucent box used for packaging the special shoe.  Unfortunately these shoes may not be scheduled to release, but there is just that slight chance that it might.  Stay tuned for more news.
