Jordan Brand has been recently releasing a series of Air Jordan 1 to commemorate the family members of Michael Jordan. First was the Military Pack which was made to commemorate his older brother James Ronald “Ronnie” Jordan Jr. who served the US Army for 31 Years. This time around the Air Jordan 1 will be paying tribute to MJ’s father, James Sr. James Jordan Sr was a major influence in Michaels life, exemplifying a tough work ethic which taught Michael that greatness did not come without a little bit of sweat. As a sequel to the Military Pack and with Fathers Day coming up in the following months, it makes perfect sense to have the Air Jordan 1 that is designed in a business suit tweed fabric as well has an embroidered lunch box on the heel which reads “Pops” to be released to honor Mr Jordan. These Fathers Day Air Jordans will be available at select Nike retailers on June 6th.
