Lupe Fiasco X Converse Chuck Taylor High (PRODUCT)RED
Product(RED) is a foundation created by famous U2 front man Bono and Bobby Shriver (the chairman of the DATA Organization - who’s mission is to eradicate the AIDS and Poverty that plagues Africa) in hopes of bringing awareness and funds to the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Africa. The foundation works with the worlds most iconic brands by creating products and distributing portions of the sales to the African people. The parentheses used in “(RED)” signifies embrace which you may have seen with popular products such as the Apple (iPod)RED. Thus each new product created would be titled PRODUCT(RED). Another way the foundation works is by networking with celebrities who have the star power and can generate more buzz and awareness to the foundation. Lupe Fiasco and Converse have gotten together to bring us a new Converse Chuck Taylor High which will be supporting this foundation. No news on a exact release date but well be sure to keep you posted.
Air Jordan XVI (16) / VII (7) Countdown Pack
Jordan Brands 5th Countdown Pack is well underway. The 5th installment of these special release will consist of the Jordan XVI (16) and the Jordan VII (7) which combined gives you the glorious number 23! This pack has been generating a lot of hype due to the possibilities of an Air Jordan VII (7) resembling the “Hare’s” that many Jordan heads covet. However not to take the attention away from the Air Jordan XVI (16), this will be the first time we get to see them “retro’d” since they were originally released.

Nike SB Dunk Mid - Clubber Lang
Nike SB has plans to release a new Nike SB Dunk mid this April. The Dunks, inspired by Rocky III character Clubber Lang - will have colors taken from the flashy shorts worn by Mr. T. Aprils right around the corner so expect these to hit the stores very soon.
Chuck Taylor All Star Zipper Hi OX GOLD
Trends come and go. A few seasons ago, multi colored - all over print designs were in, since then things have toned down and other details have taken over. The recent trend has been adding zippers onto shoes. Converse got on top of this trend by adding its own version of their classic Chuck Taylor All Star Highs with a zipper that flows around the inner edges of the shoe. Not only have they added the zipper but they made the All Star Highs into a neck breaking Metallic gold. As bling as the Chucks are, they’re only made to be release in Hong Kong.

Nike “Hot Lava” Pack
Learning from their blunder last year with the Air Tech Challenge, Nike has kept the Air Tech Challenge II retros true to the OG’s. The ATC II’s are part of the "Hot Lava" pack, which also includes the Air Max 95 and Air Revolution models. The ATC II’s will be available in April priced at $100. The Air Max 95 and Air Revolution will follow suit and be released shortly after, priced at $140 and $95 respectively.
SBTG X PHU “Death From Above” Custom Nike Pack
World Famous sneaker customizer SBTG and Phu have teamed up to collaborate on a pack of Nike Air Force 1 and Nike Air Max 90’s. The pair of customs are titled the “Death From Above”. The Air Force 1 was given the name Death Seeker and the Air Max 90’s titled Phantom Mirage. The pair will debut at the SBTG online store this March 30th. Each of the customs will be very limited - only 8 per design.

Vintage Nike Terminators - St. John’s & Georgetown
Georgetown’s hopes of a national title were cut short over the weekend when Stephen Curry single handedly shut down their defense. A sad day indeed for Georgetown fans - but alas a new Nike Terminator High will be releasing to ease some hearts. Nike will be releasing a set of vintage Terminator Highs for both the Georgetown and St. John’s Schools very soon - each coming in a distressed look. Ironically the Red Storm’s last post season game was back in 2003 when they defeated east coast powerhouse Georgetown
